The Craig and Galen Brown Foundation

Since 1992, more than 700 Texas A&M University students have received the prestigious Brown Foundation Scholarship. Created by the Craig and Galen Brown Foundation and awarded in partnership with Texas A&M and the Texas A&M Foundation, the scholarship provides a four-year undergraduate award to high achieving, well-rounded high school students who were recognized as National Merit finalists and who major in only engineering, science, and business. The average Brown Scholar GPA since inception is 3.87, and approximately 40% of Brown Scholars have earned a 4.0 GPA upon graduation.
